Using local hybrid grapes and hybrid grape blends, which thrive in Connecticut's seasonal climate, Anthony combines his extensive knowledge of fine wine and wine-making techniques to produce distinctive blends of wine that are truly unique to the region.
A commitment to fine wine
This year's harvest brings to the table nine limited edition wines to delight the most distinctive palates:
Chianti
A blend of four or more varieties of grapes fermented and aged to produce this semi-dry table wine.
Ruby Lite
A blend of red and white hybrid grapes gives this wine its rich ruby color. The perfect compliment to meat, fish or pasta dishes.
Chardonel
A white hybrid grape with the characteristics of Chardonnay and Seyval wines.
White Sparkling Wine
A blend of Chardonel and Cayuga grapes, fermented and aged to produce a pleasant, light, sparkling wine.
Just Peachy
A white grape wine infused with the essence of peaches.
Raspberry Delight
A white grape wine infused with the essence of red raspberries.
Midnight
Deep, dark and mysterious, a tangy table wine made from Frontenac hybrid grapes - Estate bottled.
Deep Purple
A deep, purple table wine with a mellow taste produced from Chamborcin, a French hybrid grape - Estate bottled.
Dolce Vita
A white grape wine, lightly fermented to create this sweet, low alcohol, low acidity table wine. Serve chilled.

Directions to Connecticut Valley Winery
From south or north take Route 8, exit 44 in Torrington. Travel east on Route 202 for 3 miles to 1480 Litchfield Turnpike (Rte. 202).
From Hartford, take Route 44 west to Route 202 west, or Route 84 west to Route 4 to Unionville, Collinsville, then Route 179 to Route 202 and travel west.
